We offer floor plans that feature cathedral ceilings, lofts, decks, porches, fireplaces, etc. We also offer exposed pine log walls and beams as well as old rustic or contemporary modern design.
A Real Log Home is one of value and quality and the natural beauty of wood is warm and has a sensibility of its own. They are proven to be energy efficient and long lasting. Each log is treated with a borate wood preservative before it leaves our facilities, and each is pre-cut, pre-numbered and keyed precisely to your blueprint. In addition, a detailed construction manual is included with your log package.
We will be happy to assist you in choosing a floor plan to accommodate the needs of your family. You can choose one from our plan book or create your own one-of-a-kind custom design and we will prepare a cost estimate. If you choose, we can order your blueprints with only a 10% down payment on your log package or a $1,000 design deposit.
